WebDec 6, 2024 · The new USB PD 3.1 spec raised the power max to 240W, but that isn't on on the market yet except for Apple's 140W USB-C charger, but even that only works at 140W when used with Apple's MagSafe cable, since there are no regular USB-C cables rated for PD 3.1 on the market yet. I did connect the correct port. But the watt reader i used never detected over 64w. And the battery was holding, but the normal draw was 20-30.
