Infliximab may be medically inadvisable for reasons that include but are not limited to heart failure, demyelinating disease, multiple sclerosis in first-degree relative, lupus, recurrent infections, serious infections, etc. Infliximab-abda is the infliximab biosimilar on formulary in VHA.
